1920s Frostilla Lotion Advertising Countertop Die Cut Display

Offering this unusual small display piece for Frostilla Fragrant Lotion, dating to the 1920s.
It's the only one like it I've ever seen...so couldn't find much information about it.
Not sure if this was to be placed on a counter top around a bottle, or somehow a stand-alone piece; there are fold lines, some of which have not been folded so not sure how it would look if used as intended.
it is die cut cardboard, great color, and will be shipped flat to preserve it.
Size: center panel is approx. 3-1/4 x 4 inches; the two side panels are about 2-1/2 inches wide each
Condition: Very nice.
