    Description

    National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics  (N.A.C.A) brass tag from Moffet Field Sunnyvale, California.  Die struck (stamped) in brass - Octagon shaped - 1 1/8 inches tall and across in size.  This came out of the old Moffet Field where NACA was ... Now the Moffet Federal Airfield and where NACA became the NASA Ames Research Center.  One side has the NACA early wing logo, with "INST. RES. DIV. 91" ....... Blank on the other side.
