    Description

    Easy to install 49:1 / 1:49 Balun for applications up to 400 watts.  This is ideal for making your end-fed antenna.  Stainless steel connections. Made with SO-239 connector on the bottom so you can convert your 50-ohm feed line to a 2450-ohm feedpoint, or 75-ohm feed to 3675 ohms, etc.  You can access the side loop bolts with your choice of element wire on one end and a short ground on the other side.  The first nut on each side is tightened against the canister wall with another drawn tightly against the inside of the wall.  The other 2 nuts on each side are free floating, and can be used to tie in your elements by drawing them together against a spade terminal.  Use the top loop to install or pulley it up to your desired location. (The top loop does not make an electrical connection to anywhere else.)  Waterproof and suitable for a permanent installation, or also great for your field setup or to-go kit.
