    Description

In the past, the Egyptians were eagerly awaiting the flood season, and as soon as the silt arrived, they rushed to collect it and present it to pottery makers, to manufacture utensils and household and priestly items, then they were burned to change their color according to the type of silt from which they were made.  Its color turns pink or light red, and if the burning process increases, the color varies according to the strength of the heat, and it turns into a gray, gray, purple or grayish green color. Unfortunately, after the construction of the high dam, these sediments completely disappeared.
