    Ancient Egyptian gods were representations of natural and social phenomena and abstract concepts [1].  [2] These gods and goddesses appear in nearly every aspect of ancient Egyptian civilization.  More than 1500 of them are known by name, and many Egyptian texts mention the names of the gods without mentioning their character or role, while other texts refer to specific gods without even Named its name, so it is difficult to compile a complete list of  them [3].
