Antique 1909 HH Sturtevant Dry Good Store Advertising Promo Frame Zanesville Oh

This little frame measures 4 1/4" tall and commemorates the 30th anniversary of the HH Sturtevant company which I believe was a store in Zanesville. The frame shows a good deal of wear, discoloration, scratches, and tarnishing. The back shows a lot of scuffs and wear. There's a cut out Victorian lady print under glass in the frame.
