For Hand Painting, Ceramic figure of a fat happy POLICEMAN holding a billy club. His hat can be removed since it is actually the cap for this bottle. The bottles are designed to be displayed in the bar. The man stands on a type of pedistal on which you would display the name of the type of Booze, ie gin, vodka, scotch etc
