Please understand prior to purchase that items ARE NOT POURED until purchased.
Because items are not poured until purchase PLEASE understand it could possibly be 20-30 business days before items are shipped.

In case of breakage NO Replacements will be given without clear pictures of the broken items and the box they are shipped in. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you want a refund you MUST file a claim with the shipping provider. Otherwise seller will replace items and file the claim for reimbursement for broken items.
USPS sometimes requires the broken items be taken for inspection to the post office. This is the responsibility of the buyer.
