Color lithograph, sheet size 10 1/2 x 7 inches. Light soiling to outer edges and lower right corner, otherwise very good condition. A color lithograph printed with great subtlety of color. The artist, J.L. Macfarlane, incorporates many elements of the plant: top and underside of the leaf and the berries in various stages of development. From an unknown botanical publication.
