DRAKE TR-4 SIDEBAND TRANSCEIVER AS-IS Parts/Restore

Looks like a project for someone! There are a few issues.
-untested
-someone added a toggle switch on bottom
-bottom metal strip part of cover is missing
-dirty
-missing screws for cover
This comes from a HAM guy’s estate and that’s all I know about it. Buttons and knobs and switches move freely.
