    Description

    To collect a set of trade cards as silly as these must surely have been incentive to shop at Bidwell & Cooper in Chester, Massachusetts.  The cards are titled Caught!, A Fowl Blow, Eggspatiation and Peacemaker.  The first one does not have a stamp from Bidwell & Cooper, Dealers in General Merchandise like the other three.  They're all in great condition although the third one has a rub on one corner which I've shown in close up above.  All four have faint remnants of an old pencil price.
    Each is 4" x 2.5"
