    Rare 1986 Grumman HU-16 Albatross seaplane flying boat Tie tack or pin. on back it has a locking catch with safety chain attached.  Nicely detailed. Thought to be made of pewter, but i am no jewelry expert. Great piece of seaplane aviation.
