    Description

    This is a restored Heathkit C-3 capacitance-resistance tester.  Electrolytics and all off-value parts have been replaced; precision capacitors have been installed in the bridge circuit.  Controls and switches have been cleaned and all functions tested.  It will check capacitance from 10pf to 1000uf; leakage at 25, 150, 250, 350 and 450 volts DC.  It will test resistance from 100 ohms to 5 megohms.  Comes with partial copy of manual (no assembly instructions).
    Note: two holes on the center left side have been repaired (see photos).
