Description

This is a Heathkit IP-17; it is fully functional.  It produces 0 to 400 volts DC at up to 100ma continuously; also has a 0 to 100 volt DC bias supply and 6.3 and 12.6 volt AC sources.  All electrolytics and off-value parts have been replaced.  Calibrated and tested at full output.  Measures about 13.5 x 12 x 6; 16 lbs.  Comes with copy of manual.
