Infant Doll in Baptismal Dress & Bonnet, Procelain head & hands, Made in 1983. Condition is "Used". This sweet infant doll is approximately 9 inches long. She has what I think is porcelain face & hands, however could be bisque. She is hand made and has the name Sue Burton with the year 1983 on the back of her neck. I have tried to depict this in the 4th photo. Her body is made of cloth which looks to be stuffed with cotton. Her face may be hand painted, but I’m unsure of that. Her dress & bonnet is white with lace trim. There is a very small tear in the back of the bonnet where the material has pulled away from the ribbon that ties the bonnet. This could very easily be repaired. This doll was part of my mother in law’s collection, & since she is deceased, I don’t know a lot about this doll. This would be a nice gift or keepsake for a newly christened baby girl. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
