DIY KIT of
internal automatic antenna tuner for mcHF transceiver.
This autotuner have low profile and fit well in Chinese case for mcHF SDR radio.
Internal automatic antenna tuner DIY KIT included:
- fully assembled and tested autotuner PCB with flashed controller ATmega328;
- all parts and wires you needs to install autotuner to mcHF SDR radio.
All parts, using in this autotuner, are new and original.
You need to install autotuner to
mcHF
transceiver
by yourself.
To install autotuner your need some solder works and drill one hole at RF PCB

For control the tuner, the E3 encoder in you
mcHF SDR radio
must be with a button.
Chinese
cases are usually equipped with such encoders.
If you have an E3 encoder without
a button, replace it
first
with an encoder of the same height with a button
(encoder not included in DIY KIT)
You can install this autotuner to mcHF SDR radio with RF PCB versions:
0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.6.1, 0.6.2, 0.6.3 and to RS-918 SDR transceiver

please send me good photo of your RF PCB
Autotuner built by 5x5 schematic.
An approximate range of complex impendances, that the 5x5 autotuner can match by bands,
you can see at the picture
Autotuner consist of:
11 latching relays,
5 inductances (T37 core): 0.1, 0.22, 0.45, 1 and 2.2 mH
5 capacitors (high voltage): 10, 22, 47, 100 and 220 pF
Atmega328 as controller and some smd parts.
