MARKLIN DEALER DISPLAY LIGHTED ADVERTISING SIGN w/ BROCHURE HOLDER & FLAT CAR

This is a one-of-a-kind, MUST HAVE, Dealer Promotional LIGHTED Display Sign for the avid Marklin Collector!
The sign is acrylic, the brochure holder is plastic and the Marklin Logo is on a white cardboard insert, slipped into the acrylic "frame".  The base of the display measures 12" x 9" x 1 3/4" tall.  With the top part on the display, the display measures 9 1/2" tall, keep in mind the top part is slanted back.  The sign is lighted as there is a plug, however we have not been able to test it because the connection of the plug is foreign to us.  We are not sure if the plug is supposed to plug into something else and then go into the outlet, or if goes directly into an outlet.  Please see the 2 photos above that give a visual of the plug.  Since we have NOT tested the lighting function, we cannot guarantee it will work or function as it is supposed to.  The display is sold AS IS with NO RETURNS.
Overall, the display and brochure holder are in excellent condition.  There are no cracks or chips to the acrylic or plastic.  There are some lite scratches visible when up close or when held up to a light.
The flat car included appears to be of standard gauge size.  The car measures 13 1/2" from coupler to coupler.  The wheels spin freely and the car is in excellent condition.  The car says Marklin and "Made in Germany" on the bottom.
