MFJ's tunable super DSP filter automatically eliminates heterodyne, reduces noise and interference simultaneously on SSB, AM, CW, packet, AMTOR, PACTOR, RTTY, SSTV, WeFAX, FAX, weak signal VHF, EME, satellite -- nearly any mode.
You get MFJ's tunable FIR linear phase filters that minimize ringing, prevent data errors and have ""brick wall"" filter response with up to 57 dB attenuation 75 Hz away.
Only MFJ gives you 5 tunable DSP filters. You can tune each lowpass, highpass, notch, and bandpass filter including optimized SSB and CW filters. You can vary the bandwidth to eliminate interference.

Automatic notch filter
MFJ's automatic notch filter searches for and eliminates multiple heterodyne in milliseconds. It's so fast, that even interfering CW and RTTY signals are eliminates.
With up to 50 dB attenuation, you'll copy stations otherwise masked by heterodyne.
Voice signals aren't degraded because the notch is extremely narrow.
Turn on automatic notch and you'll never hear unwanted heterodyne or tuner-uppers.
You can selectively remove unwanted tones using the two manually tunable notch filters -- an MFJ exclusive. Knock out unwanted CW stations while you're on CW.
Adaptive noise Reduction
Noise reduction silences background noise, reduces fatigue and makes signals readable.
Noise reduction works in all filter modes and on all random noise -- white noise, static, impulse, ignition noise, power line noise, hiss.
The LMS algorithm reduces noise by 20 dB and is adjustable to prevent distortion.
Tunable highpass/lowpass filters
For voice and data, nothing beats MFJ's exclusive tunable highpass/lowpass FIR linear phase ""brick wall"" filters.
Tune lower cutoff 200 to 2200 Hz and upper cutoff 1400 to 3400 Hz and crate custom filters for Voice, Data and other modes.
Signals just 75 Hz away literally disappear -- they are reduced 57 dB! Unlike other filters, speech is not distorted by unequal time delay.
When signals are weak, you can improve copy by removing noisy high and low speech frequencies that contain little information.
""Slice-off"" overlapping SSB signals, hum, pulses, rasp and other low frequency noises.
Tunable bandpass filters
Narrow band signals like CW and RTTY jump out of QRM when you switch in MFJ's exclusive tunable FIR bandpass filters.
You can tune the center frequency from 300 to 3400 Hz, and vary the bandwidth from 30 Hz to 2100 Hz -- from super-tight CW filters to wide razor-sharp Data filters.
As you reduce bandwidth, interfering signals disappear -- they're down 47dB, 60 Hz away.
These linear phase filters don't distort signals with unequal time relays -- even the narrowest 30 Hz bandwidth doesn't ring.
One position gives you two tunable filters you can use together. For example, tune one to mark, one to space and set the bandwidth tight for an incredibly sharp RTTY filters.

GigaParts offers a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects on all NEW items sold on eBay. Most items will offer a longer factory warranty, please contact the product's manufacturer for specific warranty information. GigaParts can only warranty items that are in NEW condition, unmodified, with the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and UPC tags in NEW condition. Items not in NEW condition should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Modifications void your warranty (especially radio MARS/CAP modifications). While radio manufacturers will typically take the cause of any problem into consideration, there is no guarantee that they will warranty your radio if it has been modified, even if the modification was not the cause of the defect. Modified radios do not qualify for direct replacement unless GigaParts performed the modification. We guarantee our MARS/CAP modifications will not void the manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 1 year. However damage caused by transmitting outside the ham bands may not be covered under warranty. Generally, radios that have been modified after purchase are not returnable.
If your order was damaged in shipping or appears to have been opened prior to delivery, please notify the delivery driver and report the problem to GigaParts within 2 business days. Claims for items missing from your shipment must be reported to GigaParts within 2 business days of delivery and the shipping box and all packaging materials must be retained until the claim is settled. Shipping cartons are designed to protect your item while in transit and damage to boxes or packaging materials is not grounds for a claim unless the actual item sustained damage.

GigaParts accepts returns for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Defective items can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Items returned as defective will be tested to verify all claims. After testing, if the item is found to be functioning properly, the buyer may incur restocking and/or shipping fees being deducted from the refund.
GigaParts will provide a prepaid return label for defective returns so long as the item is shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). For products shipped outside of the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, even on defective items.
Non-defective returns for refund or exchange are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. If your order was shipped, refunds for orders shipped with free freight will be charged the shipping costs. Refusal of shipments may be subject to additional charges and refunds and exchanges for these items will not be processed until the shipment has returned to our dock. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fee's for non-defective returns.
