MFJ-819 FLAT REMOTE, SWR/WATTMETER, MOBILE, HF+6M, 2kW - HAM RADIO - USED   .
Comes with a manual that I printed off the MFJ website.
Missing the back cover..sorry,but this is how I got it.
You will have to supply a cable / sensor ,and a 9 volt battery.
This item came in a large buy recently.
I have not tested this,but everything else I bought from this seller turned out to work just fine.
This sells new for 9.99
