Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
Some of the screws are missing.
One of the rubber feet is missing.
There are scratches on the display.
The front knobs are both missing.
There is minor denting on the sides.
There are some heavy scuffs on the sides and top/bottom of the device.
The corners and edges have paint chipping off.
I was able to power on with an in-house power supply (12VDC with a 5.5mm x 2.5mm power adapter tip, not included).
I was able to test the display working.
I was able to test the tune knob and the frequency knob working.
The SWR and the resistance meters are able to move from one side to the other without any issue.
I was able to get signal input from an in-house signal generator (not included) to the frequency counter input.
When on input A I can see the frequency on the display change but the manual requests that a 50 ohm antenna is required for proper reading which is something I was unable to test with due to lack or equipment.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair, or as a partially-working item.
