It looks like it is made of stainless steel and has a 3 dimensional NBA logo in hard plastic on the front. It is heavy weighing over 5 pounds. THE SIGN CAN STAND ALONE OR COMES WITH A ROUND BASE. THE POLE FROM THE SIGN TO THE BASE IS MISSING. You can see a hole in the bottom of the sign where the pole would have gone. There is a slight bend on one corner - see last picture.
