I PICKED THIS UP AT AN AUCTION.  IT IS NEW. THE BOX WAS WRAPPED IN THE FACTORY PLASTIC BUT I OPENED IT. I COULD HEAR STUFF RATTLING INSIDE  SO I WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS SECURE FOR SHIPPING.
LOOKING THROUGH THE GLAZE CONTAINER I SEE IT IS DRIED OUT. I DIDN'T OPEN UP EACH PAINT TO CHECK BUT I AM GUESSING THAT THEY ARE ALSO NO GOOD.
