New Henry C130AB30 Mobile VHF Amplifier for Car Operation
This item is a new Henry C130AB30 VHF mobile power amplifier. It is rated at more than a 130 watts output for intermittent transmit/receive communications with 25 to 30 watts drive. We can also adjust the drive to 30 to 60 watts if the customer specifies. The amplifier is typically used to boost communication distance for marine applications, off road vehicle race communications, taxi cab communications, or any other business, amateur or government use in the VHF high band. The amplifier has an integrated transmit receive relay and is simple to install and foolproof to operate. The dimensions are approximately 14 inches long by 4.0 inches high by 4.0 inches wide.
The amplifier will be tested and tuned at the Henry amplifier plant to your frequency (select between 136 and 174 mHz). The amplifier operates from 13.8 VDC power and requires about 25 amps of current at full output. An optional AC power supply is available for base station operation at an additional cost of 5.  This is a new item from the Henry Radio Amplifier Factory in Los Angeles, California.
