PAL VFO 11 Meter Slider/Scanner

I did connect this up to my Freq. counter and verified
that it is working.  As to what frequency should be displayed
I will leave that up to the buyer since the VFO is ajustable etc.
But seemed very stable etc.
Sold as is !
No cord, When I tested it I just used 12vdc on those terminals.
Functions as design.
