How to use:
1. Turn on the PH meter
2. Dissolve each buffer solution in 250 ml of distilled water
3. Immerse the electrode in a solution with a PH of 6.86 (at 25 ° C)
4. Press the "CAL" button for 5 seconds and release it
- The display will start blinking 6.8/6.86
- Wait until the display stops blinking.
- Rinse electrode with distilled water and dry with filter paper.
5. Immerse the electrode in a PH 4.00 solution.
- Press the "CAL" key for 5 seconds, and immediately press the second time to release
The reading will start to blink 4.00
- Wait until the display stops blinking
- Rinse and dry the electrodes with distilled water as before.
6. Put the instrument back into the buffer solution for test calibration. If not, recalibrate
7. If the approximate PH of the test solution is known to be higher than 7.0, calibrate the meter with solutions 6.86 and 9.18. To do this, follow the calibration chart, the third step is the calibration method of 9.18 points.
