Description:
Our small footprint reverse polarity protection module provides in-line protection to your 12 volt DC devices. Utilizing a low voltage loss MOSFET switch the module provides silent, fast protection against reversed polarity connections. Comprising a small PCB (approx 2" x 1/2" excluding mount lugs) the module can be mounted inside your equipment by means of the grounded mounting lugs or a piece of foam double sided tape, or spliced into an existing power cable. Easy hook up via 5 mm screw terminal blocks makes deployment of the module quick and simple. Additionally a 2 color led indicates polarity by glowing green when polarity is correct or by glowing red when polarity is reversed. See photos for more information on this module.
