SKYWARN Laminated Photo ID - Your Name & Photo

Description

This is a custom laminated Skywarn ID badge featuring your full color photo, name, and ham callsign (or spotter number or county warning area). Additionally the barcode can be encoded with your name, callsign, NWS spotter number, Spotter Network number, county warning area, or other affiliation. The barcode is readable using one of many scanners or barcode reader apps and gives a more authoritative look to your ID.
Finished size is 4-1/4" high by 2-9/16" wide. The backside is blank.
These are printed on cardstock and heat laminated on a heavy duty 5 mil thick ID pouch.
NOTE, We do ARES and other IDs too!

Please provide a picture, your name as you wish it to appear. callsign (or other info for the 3rd line) and any other spotter numbers or affiliations for the barcode when ordering.
Please note that these are custom made and there are no returns. Items with typographical errors will be replaced. Printing time may take anywhere up to two weeks, however most orders are printed and shipped in a couple of days. If you require other alterations, layouts, or club orders, please contact me first to discuss options.
This auction is for the ID only. Lanyards, clips, or other accessories are not provided.
