Set the image size at 100~ 120 DPI, file size 2MB to 10BM
When designing, please refer to the 2nd picture;
DO NOT put any important information or graphic at the top of 1 inch and the bottom of 3 inch(These are hidden areas!!!!)

Returns:
We accept the return of the retractable stand for a partial refund, but not the banner printed per buyer's file.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.
Outbound shipping cost is not refundable unless the item was damaged as received.
A restocking fee may apply if the item is not in its original new condition on returns.
