This was produced and displayed during the launch of Louis Vuitton's tribute collection to Stephen Sprouse. This launch coincided with Deitch Projects' retrospective of the artist's work. Creative Director at the time, Marc Jacobs, explained his impetus behind the collection: “I tried to take what Stephen had done at Vuitton and then kind of flip it in my head, and make it Vuitton’s work for Stephen, not Stephen’s work for Vuitton.
100% authentic. Near perfect condition...Never been peeled. Slight edge wear to sides but that none on the actual letters. Given to me by a LV Display Director back in 2009.
Logo measure approximately 48" x 16" after unstuck
