Shipping
Auctions will ship USPS within 1 business day of auction payment received.  Most shipments will be First Class Mail (if under 1 lb) or Priority Mail (1 – 70 lbs).  No international shipping at this time, domestic (US) only please.

same size item and the cost for the new larger heavier box will still be .  It will cost more being heavier in weight and larger in box dimension, but, it will probably not cost you bucks either.  The reality and combined cost will most likely be somewhere in the middle once it is processed.  Hopefully that helps.
