Description
This is for a 1970's vintage VHF repeater based on the Motorola HT200 radio. They were called a BR150. This one comes with it's tuned Sinclair R217-C duplexer, the interconnecting cables, the power cord (13.8 to 18 volts), and an instruction manual. Like the HT200, its positive ground. The beauty of these repeaters are that they only draw 6 or 7 ma on stand-by. They were used extensively in the 1970s and early 80s in remote mountain-top locations, mostly with sodium potash batteries. I have never seen one on eBay before. This unit puts out about 4 watts after the duplexer, and the RX sensitivity is about 0.38uV. It has a drop-out delay after COR of about 1 second. There is no PL on this. Great for a drop in emergency repeater.Sold as is, no returns. Shipping may be delayed a few extra days due to
minimal
post office visits because of the pandemic. Shipping to US and Canada only. Item will be well packed, with lots of protection.
