Looking at 1960-70's era
My Grandmother retired from North America Aviation in 1969,
with over 20 yrs of service. She was our "Rosie the Riveter", no lie

Has a clutch clasp fastener on back of Pin
Comes with it's original plastic case
Pin is in mint condition, looks to have never been worn
Beautiful piece of history
