For your consideration - California Creations - 1993 - Teapot House - Partially Painted.
I am cleaning out some things from my mother's estate.  This was in her sewing and craft room, which was climate controlled.  This is a smaller piece, approximately 5 1/4 inches long at the base, approximately 4 inches wide at the base, and approximately 5 inches high.  Please look closely at all the photographs to determine if this is the house for you!  :)

All of my items (and hers!) come from a clean, non-smoking, pet-free home.  I will carefully wrap this up and ship via USPS Priority Mail so that it is tracked and insured.  I do NOT overcharge for shipping.  This weighs 15.5 ounces BEFORE being packed for shipment.   You will be charged for a package that weighs between 1 and 2 pounds, from my zip code in Florida to yours.  Please ask any questions that you have, prior to making a purchase.
