VINTAGE GERMAN WILDFLOWER PYROGRAPHY EDELWEISS BLUE GENTIAN PINK LAUREL PAINTING

Description

Gorgeous vintage varnished oil signed painting on a wooden plate. Intricate pyrography details and workmanship. Size is approximately 8.25 inches by 8.5 inches on hard wood.  Condition is very good and clean for the age, with the back showing slight wear, and one overlap of varnish on back, which is normal.
Gorgeous alpine flowers / wildflowers of Germany.
Provenance is written on back in pencil, R Sch 22 / Strauss / and initials ( which I cannot quite discern the writing ) but are similar to  J  U H 475.
